1 On request made to the insurer either by the president of the personal overindebtedness commission or by the judge if it is deemed necessary to release the individual entitlements held in these plans in order to clear the individual’s debts.
2 Domestic violence against the plan holder by the current or former spouse, common-law partner or civil partner. In cases where a protection order has been issued in favour of the individual by the family court judge pursuant to article 515-9 of the Civil Code, or in cases where the charges come under article 132-80 of the French Criminal Code and give rise to alternative proceedings, a settlement, the launch of an investigation by the public prosecutor, a referral to the magistrate's court by the public prosecutor or examining magistrate, an indictment or a criminal conviction, even if revocable.
3 Granted subsequent to an involuntary loss of employment.
4 Entitlements corresponding to the amounts allocated to the Mandatory Retirement Savings compartment may not be liquidated for this reason.
5 Referring to the creation of new living space as defined in article R. 111-2 of the French Construction and Housing Code, provided a building permit has been obtained or a planning application submitted.
How to request a withdrawal of funds?
From your personal user area
on the www.esalia.com in the "My transactions > Withdrawal" menu; or on the Esalia app, in the "Request a withdrawal” section accessible by clicking on the central button.
Enter your request and upload your supporting documents directly online.
You will be charged an early withdrawal fee depending on the pricing scale that applies to you (this information is provided in the document library available in your personal user area).
