The insurance company writing your contract is responsible for processing your personal data executed on website https://www.sogeretraite.com for the management of your contract.
Oradéa Vie has subcontracted Sogécap, publisher of this website, for the processing of personal data necessary for managing contracts provided by Oradéa Vie from website https://www.sogeretraite.com.

Why do we process your personal data?
The personal data that we process on this website is necessary for managing your insurance contract.
Your data are also processed to meet current legal, regulatory and administrative requirements, such as those pertaining to combatting money laundering.

Who can access your data?
Your personal data are meant, within the limits of their assigned use, for our departments in charge of sales or the management and execution of contracts covering each of your guarantees, for our management delegatees, for insurance intermediaries, partners, agents, subcontractors, or other insurance companies of Société Générale Assurances.
Your personal data may also be forwarded, if appropriate, to the insurance entities of persons involved in, or offering, complementary services, co-insurers, reassurance companies, professional associations and reserve funds, as well as to any person involved in the contract, such as lawyers, appraisers, court officers, ministerial officers, trustees, legal guardians, investigators, healthcare professionals, or welfare associations when they are involved in settling claims and providing services.
Information pertaining to you may also be transferred: to any persons involved in the contract (subscriber, insured party, member and contract beneficiary), and their beneficiaries and representatives; to beneficiaries of an assignment or subrogation of rights under the contract; and, where applicable, to victims and their agents, to witnesses and to third parties having an interest in the execution of the contract, as well as to any person empowered as an Authorised Third Party, notably legal jurisdictions, arbiters, ombudsmen, relevant ministries, supervisory and control authorities, and any public entity empowered to receive such information, as well as persons in charge of controls, such as external or internal auditors and internal controls personnel.
In what cases do we transfer your data to outside the European Union?
Owing in particular to the international scope of the Société Générale group, which includes the person in charge of processing and measures to ensure the use and security of computer networks, processing procedures mentioned in the section “WHY DO WE COMPILE YOUR DATA?” and the data necessary for execution of your contract may be transferred in executing contracts, managing legal actions or litigation involving the company to countries that are not members of the European Economic Area, whose personal data protection legislation may differ from those of European Union.
In such cases, transfers of your data fall under a precise and exacting framework (particularly that expressed in typical contractual clauses), in accordance with the models adopted by the European Commission, as well as appropriate security measures.
How long are your personal data kept?
Unless otherwise provided in your Special Terms and Conditions or your request/membership form, your personal data will be retained throughout the commercial or contractual relationship and until expiration of the limitation periods provide by law.
What are your rights?
You possess the following rights:
- Right of access: You are entitled to ask Société Générale Assurances if your personal data are used in one or more processing procedures and to access said procedures.

- to having your data used for commercial prospection purposes, without your having to provide any justification for your opposition.
- to telephone prospection by adding your name to the “no-call” list, based on the instructions provided at www.bloctel.gouv.fr or by mail at the following address: Société WORLDLINE, Service Bloctel, Immeuble River Ouest, 80, quai Voltaire, 95870 Bezons, France. You will no longer be prospected by telephone except in the case of an ongoing contract product that is complementary to this proposed contract.
